Have you booked a delivery date and would like to find out what time your delivery will arrive on the day?
Our standard delivery window is between 7am-5pm. Due to the complex nature of bulk deliveries, we are unable to predict the delivery run your load will be placed on until the day of delivery.
On the day of delivery, we will book your delivery onto a specific vehicle and drop. Each run will include multiple drops, planned to factor in proximity, lorry weight limits and loading. Please note, our large delivery vehicles are adversely affected by traffic, obstruction on routes and the specific delivery needs.
Unfortunately, this can make it difficult to give you an approximate time of delivery. We are continuing to invest in software and processes to help us remedy this in the future, but for now we can only give you the 7am-5pm window prior to the date of delivery.
