With the boom in home improvements Pagets has been busy. To meet demand while still keeping a high level of customer care we have hired 17 new team members since June 2020.

Giving our customers the best service and product knowledge is important to us. We believe a key to achieving this is taking care of our team and making sure we have enough people to get the job done well.  

Pagets continues to be members of the Living Wage foundation and have been since 2015. With employee healthcare, insurance, pension benefits, bonuses and good wages, we believe by caring for our team we can offer a better service with long serving knowledgeable teams.

Even with our influx of new starters, Pagets has an average length of service is 6.4 years vs the UK’s average of around 4 years. With 20% of employees at Pagets having server over a decade with us.
